Concrete Patios in Warminster & Bucks County
A poured concrete patio gives you a solid, low-maintenance outdoor space that holds up to Pennsylvania weather for decades. First Class Concrete pours new patios and replaces cracked or settled ones across Warminster, Bucks County, and the nearby Montgomery County suburbs — sized, sloped, and finished for how you actually plan to use the space.
Built to drain, built to last
The difference between a patio that looks good for twenty years and one that cracks and pools water in three is almost all in the prep. We excavate to the right depth, compact a stone base, set forms with a consistent slope away from the house, and pour at a thickness that matches the use — whether that is a quiet seating area or a space that will carry a hot tub or outdoor kitchen.
Control joints are cut where the slab needs them, not just where they are convenient, so that any hairline cracking happens inside a joint instead of across the middle of the patio.
Finishes that fit the house
Most patios get a clean broom finish for traction, but we also pour stamped and colored patios, exposed-aggregate borders, and smooth-troweled surfaces for covered areas. Chris will walk through the options at the estimate so the finish, color, and edge detail match the house and the rest of the yard.
If the patio ties into existing steps, a walkway, or a pool deck, we plan the elevations so everything meets cleanly without trip edges.

FAQ
Patios questions before you call
How thick should a concrete patio be?
Four inches is standard for a residential patio. If the patio will carry a hot tub, heavy outdoor kitchen, or vehicle access, we pour thicker and reinforce accordingly.
How long before I can use my new patio?
You can usually walk on it after a day or two. Give it about a week before moving heavy furniture or grills onto it, and about 28 days before it reaches full strength.
Can you replace an old cracked patio?
Yes. We remove the old slab, correct the base and drainage problems that caused the cracking, and pour new. Replacement is usually the right call once a patio is heaved, settled, or cracked across multiple sections.
Do you do stamped or colored patios?
Yes. Stamped patterns, integral color, and exposed-aggregate borders are all options. See our decorative concrete page for more detail.
